I have Booked 1bhk flat here before 2years with a commitment form the builder side that we will give you the terrace right if you are taking flat on 5th floor you have to give the amount of that we both agreed on that time now when i am asking about that commitment his answer is we cannot do that, then what about the money which he is doing demand for the terrace from me and not making sale deed and not giving me my flat he is forcing me to take what flat he wants to give me not that what i booked.
